We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and mini cheesecakes, all available in classic and creative flavors like Funfetti (inspired), Biscoff, Red Velvet, Lemon, Oreo, Turtle, Reese’s‑Inspired, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and more  .

How do I place a custom order?

Use our Custom Order Form on the website or email ssweetbake@gmail.com / call (312)‑823‑3662. Provide event type, theme/colors, cake size/flavors, fillings, add‑ons (like toppers or florals), pickup date, and payment preference  .

What is your lead time?

We recommend ordering at least 5 days in advance. For rush orders, please request it during ordering—rush fees will apply  .

Do you offer delivery & setup?

Yes! Local pick‑up and delivery are available in Chicago, IL.

• Tiered wedding/event cakes require delivery & setup, with a non-negotiable delivery fee based on location  .

What are your sizes and prices?

Starting prices:

• 1‑tier cakes (Small to Large): $145+ to $205+

• 2‑tier cakes: $ varies

• Specialty cakes (e.g., Birthday Glam, Heart cakes, pull-apart): $200+ to $400+

• Cupcakes/dozen: $60+ to $115+

• Cheesecakes/minis/cookies: starting at $45+ per dozen/item  .

Can I customize flavors, fillings & add‑ons?

Absolutely! Choose from a variety of cake flavors, fillings (e.g., Biscoff butter, caramel, lemon curd), and add-ons like custom toppers, silk florals, candles, or photo decorations. You can also let us take creative control  .

How do I pay?

We offer two payment options:

• Full payment at order confirmation

• 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before pickup  .

What is your late‑pickup policy?

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, a late pickup fee may apply, or you may need to reschedule your pickup time  .

Can you ship your desserts?

No—all items are for local pick-up or delivery only (in the Chicago area); cheesecakes and cupcakes cannot be shipped  .
